Canary Islands, Spain–

In 2003, I participated in a Hurricane Island Outward Bound course on a tall ship called the Roald Amundsen, which is named after the Norwegian explorer and is run by a German organization and staffed by a German crew.

Pohnpei, Micronesia–

In the spring of 2006, I taught as a volunteer for six months with WorldTeach on Pohnpei, in the Federated States of Micronesia. Below are some pictures I took there, including a few from the island of Kosrae and one from Ant Atoll.
